We will accept returned products and issue a refund, minus shipping charges, provided you contact us within 14 days from the day you received your order. After 14 days we will issue a store credit for any returns. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges to get the product back to us. In order for a product to be eligible for a refund or store credit, it must be unused and in the same condition it was when it was shipped to you.

Defective product issues should be taken up with the manufacturer, but we are happy to provide you with their contact information. In most cases, a company will replace a product if there is a defect.
